To secure a booking To secure a booking please phone office with details 1-7 Nights Stay: Full payment in advance 8 or more Nights Stay: 50% deposit - balance due 14 days before arrival. Note: Rates are firm at time of booking, otherwise subject to change without notice Group Bookings Groups requiring 2 or more units are by arrangement Method of Payment 1. Credit Card ( Visa, Mastercard ) Cancellations, Amendments & Refund Policy Cancellation of booking to be advised as early as possible. Cancellations: 25% of the total booking amount non refundable. No Refund or Amendments on Special Deals. Amendments: We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date, Refunds:
Electronic transfer or Cheque refund within 30 days of cancellation. Check-in / Check-out Requirements For guest registration & unit keys, please give 24 hours notice of your estimated time of arrival. Check-in Time: 2 pm Check-out Time: by 10am
Early check-ins & late check-outs may be available by arrangement. Arrivals are by prior arrangement directly between guest & management. Office Hours

(e.g. driver’s licence or passport) 3. To ensure the peace & comfort of all guests,noise must be kept to a minimum. 4. Unit to be left in a clean condition similar to how it is found, otherwise additional cleaning fee charged. 5. Pets allowed strictly by prior arrangement 6. Strictly No Smoking Policy in units or on unit decks. Outdoor garden smoking only |
